DESCRIPTION: This easily customizable form allows anyone in the company with access to Teaming to submit a travel request, and get a timely response, even if the trip is urgent. E-mail can easily be configured to notify the people who approve the requests, and ensure that the request follows due process. Included in the form fields are trip purpose, trip information such as departure and arrival times, and needs such as hotel and car. Travel requests can be sent into any custom flow to fit the needs of the company.
