http://www.users.on.net/njpayne/ Allows a help desk to change NDS passwords and reset intruder lockout from Windows 3.x / Win95 / WinNT without NWAdmin. ZIP includes both 16- and 32-bit versions. This version adds the resetting of intruder lockout.
Run Chgpass or Chgpas32 and enter the user's common name. Click the Find button and it will search the NDS tree for a match. If a match is found, it displays the fully qualified name and the user's full name attribute, and asks if you want to change the password. If you answer Yes and you have sufficient rights, you can change the password.
