The GroupWise Alias Generation Tool can be used to populate gateway aliases for GroupWise. It is most commonly used to create a user's Internet email as firstname.lastname@company.com. Fields that can be used to create these aliases include any GroupWise user field as well as any NDS User attribute (including Initials). The tool will work for GroupWise 4.x all the way up to 5.x. It will recognize if you have 5.2 and if you have access to the Admin API. If so, when you select the PO's to run the generation for, it will pull up a list of all the POs and domains in the GW system. If it is GW5.1 or before, it will ask you to type in the PO in Domain.PO format or type in the domain.
