Question: When trying to create a Notes mailfile replica for a Notes user, the custom parameter create-in-background="true" XML attribute tag is used so that the replica will be created by the AdminP process 'in the background'. The NotesDriverShim successfully creates an AdminP request in the admin4.nsf database, but when the request is processed by AdminP, an error similar to the error below is displayed on the Domino server console:

How can I fix this?

Answer: Ensure the Domino server performing the replication (myserver/myorg in the above example) is specified (explicitly or within a group) in the 'Create new replicas' field of the Domino server document (Domino Administrator->Configuration Tab->Server Menu->Current Server Document->Security Tab->Server Access section->Create new replicas field).

Also, you may need to ensure the replication connections are properly defined (Domino Administrator->Configuration Tab->Replication Menu->Connections).
