Hello again!
It's your friends from the Form and Flow Factory again.
This week we have three very different and very functional forms with their accompanying workflows. Take some time to read these descriptions and follow the links. We hope that you can get enough an idea of how they can help you and your organization.
Travel Request Form: This is a growing request in our world that becomes every day more flat. The possibility to travel is essential in many businesses today. Businesses that have a need to request and manage travel can now do so efficiently and effectively. We too recognize that efficiency in this area can result in an improvement of your overall bottom line. Download this form and flow and we know that you will see where it will fit in your business.
Sales and Data Management Form: We know that this is a need of many businesses. This form with a little customization can become your tool to manage and track sales and other important information. By using individual folders in personal user workspaces you will be able to create states in your workflow in order to keep your more sensitive information very safe.
Bug/Issue Management and Tracking Form: If you are interested in seeing a more elaborate work flow take a look a this one. We've used most of the more robust elements of the teaming workflow in this process. It contains workflow variables, parallel workflow threads, workflow questions, move entry elements, and more. The form is very generic currently. You will need to change the names of the software and products before you deploy it. But this can be one of your most critical tools when preparing to roll out your next big software hit.
So there you have them. If you have any ideas we still welcome your suggestions.
Disclaimer: As with everything else at Cool Solutions, this content is definitely not supported by Novell (so don't even think of calling Support if you try something and it blows up).
It was contributed by a community member and is published "as is." It seems to have worked for at least one person, and might work for you. But please be sure to test, test, test before you do anything drastic with it.
