I have spent many hours trying to solve the mail merge issues (with GroupWise client 7.0.2, 7.0.3 and 7.0.3 with HOT PATCHES) with Microsoft Office suite 2002 to 2003 SP3 (word, excel and access). Finally found a very old version of 7.0.1 and it worked. Someone please help me, I want to use the latest patches on the client but found out that it broke my mail merge functions.
Error message says something to do with MAPI.
