DESCRIPTION: City Coordinators often have a hard time file and approving facilities requests by members of organizations and community groups in a timely manner. this Form and Work-flow illustrate
the ease of electronic data transfer. Rather than waste their time with stacks of paper and approval denial request phone calls and letters, the work-flow allows for easy state transitions and organized procedural steps of reserving facilities in a community. Hopefully this general template allows for fast customization and implementation to specific situation.
