GroupWise 2012 SP2 Releases!
Today, Novell announced the release of GroupWise 2012 SP2. This support pack releases eight months after SP1 and contains not only the expected set of fixes, new platform support, and increased reliability, but also contains some significant new functionality. GroupWise 2012 SP2 also includes technology called GroupWise Coexistence Solution for Exchange.

GroupWise: GroupWise/Exchange Coexistence
Novell will release a new capability and replacement technology that facilitates GroupWise and Exchange coexisting in the same organization. This capability will be part of GroupWise 2012 SP2, which is currently undergoing Lighthouse deployments and scheduled to ship in early 2013.

In 1971, the first ever email was sent. Just forty-one years later, email is the industry standard for corporate communication, with the average corporate user sending and receiving 112 emails per day. With this communication tool so critical to any business’s bottom line, the list of valid reasons to disrupt it are few and far between. Enterprises considering migrating from Novell GroupWise to Microsoft Exchange should consider what it means in terms of costs and business disruption.
