Volunteer Application and Intelligence Report for Law Enforcement
Here are two new forms from the Teaming Library. Volunteer Application from our education demo workspace, and Intelligence Report inspired by a government department using Teaming.
The volunteer application includes typical fields to enter information. These fields can be removed or more fields added by customizing this form through the Form and View Designers area in Teaming. The application includes a simple version of an approval workflow and we use parallel workflows to manage approval of the application.
The intelligence report contains generic case information for input when dealing with a witness, suspect, or potential suspect. This report acts specifically as information gathered that can be quickly and easily searched. No workflow was needed or created for the implementation of this form. The form contains all necessary data including manes, number, photos, and documents. The form stores this information in the folder so that the data can be easily searched later.
