Avoiding Java Error when Loading Printer Drivers for iManager
Problem
I was unable to upload printer drivers to a broker after installing Microsoft Critical Update KB918899. When this update is installed, trying to upload a printer driver to a broker with IE6 results in a Java error. It states "Error on page - Object doesn't support this property or method"
Solution
The quickest solution is to go to Add/Remove programs and remove Windows Update KB918899. So far I've discovered this affects both Windows 2000 and Windows XP running Internet Explorer 6.
