We spend a lot of time on the forums, and working with our partners to help resolve issues. We make sure we are aware of the challenges our partners face, and sometimes we even get some feedback from our end users. We are always working to improve the product, and improve the partner and end-user experience. Some improvements can happen quickly, others take a little bit longer to implement and may be part of our future roadmap.
NOWS SBE 2 has been in the market for nearly 6 months, and we are looking for some success stories. The customer sites can be as big as 200 or as small as 5, the partner can be community, silver, gold or platinum. If you have a success story, we would love to hear from you.
