Desktop Linux—A Viable Alternative to Windows

There are times when only a Windows PC will do the job. And then there are times—most of the time, in fact—where a less-expensive Linux option can meet the need just as well.

However, most organizations require a phased approach to move their users from Windows to Linux on the desktop—the first phase for most organizations is to move from Microsoft Office to OpenOffice for Windows. Moving to OpenOffice will not only pave the way to moving the organization to Linux on the desktop, but will also provide a large return on their investment.

Join us for a discussion about making the move to OpenOffice for Windows using the Novell edition that will be available for your customers on October 17th.

Come see for yourself what SUSE Linux Enterprise can do for you and your customers.
