Free This utility will change the computername, computergroup, and comment in the network neighborhood settings in the registry fast. CompChanger uses an "ini" file if you want to change a group of computer names without writing all the characters. If the "ini" file doesn't exist it will be created. You have to manually edit the settings in the "ini" file.
