Novell recently released a new update to the Novell File Management Suite, which includes Novell File Reporter 1.0.1. The new version provides the ability for proxy agents in Novell File Reporter to report on Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices in Active Directory managed networks. Proxy agents can also report on server clusters in both Active Directory and eDirectory managed networks.
For NAS devices you configure the proxy agent in the nfrproxy.cfg file by simply indicating the proxy association as follows:
servername-where-NFR-Agent-is-installed=NAS-device-name
You then need to establish permissions and add local security privileges on the NAS device in the Active Directory network.
The process for configuring proxy associations for server clusters in Active Directory is basically the same.Configuring proxy associations for server clusters in eDirectory invlolves simply indicating the proxy association as follows:
servername-where-NetWare-NFR-Agent-is-installed/virtual-servername--volume-name
Reporting on server clusters in eDirectory requires that Novell Storage Manager 2.5.2—a new
product update in the Novell File Management Suite—be installed.

It was contributed by a community member and is published "as is." It seems to have worked for at least one person, and might work for you. But please be sure to test, test, test before you do anything drastic with it.
