If you’re new to selling Novell products and solutions, there’s an easy way to get started: read a sales guide. Today, there are eight solution-level sales guides and three product-level sales guides available online in Enablement Central.
Each guide provides introductory overviews to Novell solutions and the products within each solution, plus partner opportunities, customer challenges and the benefits each solution offers. Sales guides also include competitive overviews, selling scenarios, customer success stories and other tips to help you start the sales conversation. In addition, you’ll find a glossary and a list of additional resources to broaden your knowledge of Novell products and solutions.
Follow these steps to find the sales guide you need:
1. Log in to PartnerNet
2. Go to Enablement Central (www.novell.com/site/partners/protected/enablement/)
3. Choose a Focus Area
4. Choose a Solution
5. Scroll down to Sales Tools
6. Choose a Sales Guide
