info@hand CRM Added to Riva CRM Integration for GroupWise
EDMONTON, Alberta, Canada — February 18, 2008 — Earlier today, Omni announced it has added info@hand CRM compatibility for Riva CRM Integration for GroupWise. Riva CRM Integration for GroupWise - Desktop Edition provides transparent, server-side email, appointment, task, note and contact synchronisation between GroupWise and the target CRMs. Opportunities, quotes and cases are synchronised to GroupWise. Users can use the Riva ConnectBar to open opportunities, quotes and cases directly from their GroupWise client. There are no modules to intall on the info@hand CRM server, on the GroupWise server or on the clients.
Riva CRM is compatible with GroupWise 7 running on all server platforms. It is compatible with RIM BlackBerry Enterprise Server and GroupWise Mobile Server. Information synchronised by Riva is immediately available on BlackBerry and other mobile devices, GroupWise WebAccess and all desktop clients. Riva CRM Integration for GroupWise is is part of a larger Riva GroupWise Collaboration Integration initiative to allow leading third-party line-of-business applications, CRMs, ERPs, HR and student management systems to be synchronised with GroupWise
