Accounting CodesThis applet lets you assign accounting codes to appointments in GroupWise. An accounting code might represent a particular client or case. You can use the associated "Accounting Codes Report" applet to produce a cost report for any category within a time period. The "Accounting Codes Report" applet also lets you add, edit and delete the accounting codes available for selection.You may only add accounting codes to received or posted appointments. The first time the applet is created a default set of accounting codes are used and saved into a text file called "adv_accountingcodes.txt"INTEGRATIONS: Appointment toolbar.

*The installation file contains one or more Formativ applets, a brief help text file and any data required by the solution.

Note: To run the free applets available on this page, you will need to install one of the Formativ products below:

  • Runtime - For GroupWise users. Formativ Runtime is a low cost engine for running an unlimited number of Formativ solutions for GroupWise.
  • Developer - For GroupWise developers. Formativ Developer enables rapid GroupWise enhancement, customization and creation of enterprise solutions. Use Developer to run, customize and extend the free solutions available from Formativ Applet Central.
