How to manually set ZENworks Adaptive agents to get a system update
In ZENworks Configuration Management you may sometimes find that some of your Adaptive agents are not automatically updating to latest system update. If that happens to you, check out this very useful TID 7001305 that explains how to do it manually.
Disclaimer: As with everything else at Cool Solutions, this content is definitely not supported by Novell (so don't even think of calling Support if you try something and it blows up).
It was contributed by a community member and is published "as is." It seems to have worked for at least one person, and might work for you. But please be sure to test, test, test before you do anything drastic with it.

Link goes to general support site and not to the TID

Hello,
Your TID link does not go to the TID but goes to the Support site. Furthermore your Cool Solution does not even list the TID number so we might be able to look it up. Not very cool....lol
