Novell understands the vital role partners play in our success. To maintain your trust and achieve our mutual goals, it is imperative that we operate from a common, consistent set of rules—both internally across the field organization and with our partners.
Novell Partner Rules of Engagement are:
- If a deal can come through a partner, it should come through a partner
- Involve a partner on an opportunity at the earliest possible stage
- Global Strategic Partners (GSPs), Platinum and Gold partners are the priority
- Partnership is symmetrical
