How to implement the latest Time Zone changes in Russia on NetWare
As you know, the daylight saving policy has been changed in Russia, effective from September 1st 2011. Moscow will use UTC+4 all year round, and all other regions will keep current Summer time all year round. Here are some instructions on how to implement the latest Time Zone changes in Russia on NetWare.

Australian Time Zone Update Script
Here in some parts of Australia, we had some regions that decided to end Daylight savings a week late. Attached is a script and some rough notes on what we did to update our servers.
