How to implement the latest Time Zone changes in Russia on NetWare
As you know, the daylight saving policy has been changed in Russia, effective from September 1st 2011. Moscow will use UTC+4 all year round, and all other regions will keep current Summer time all year round. In-Place Upgrade NetWare to Open Enterprise Server
Currently, Novell doesn't support an in-place upgrade from NetWare to OES. This has prevented some customers from upgrading to OES.
To address this shortcoming, Novell Consulting is investigating a procedure that allows customers to perform an in-place upgrade when certain prerequisites are met.
