Bio

Bryan is a Systems Engineer for the Village of Palatine (municipal government) for over 13 years and has almost 20 years experience in managing Windows desktop environments, including building works-on-anything standard/gold load image and establishing desktop standards, expertise in Novell Zenworks, and developing custom automation tools/scripts to fill the gaps. As a member of the Advisory Board of www.coolsolutions.com, he is well aware of the many challenges desktop administrators face in a variety of environments, and contributes his experience, ideas, and custom tools to the community. Most of his WinBatch utilities are command-line "enabled" for the purpose of automating tasks.
