Bio

I have worked at Novell for 22 years now and one might say that printing is in my blood. Most of my Novell career has been spent on printing technologies and I am currently responsible for iPrint Architecture and serve as the Product Manager. I hold a Master's Degree in Computer Science and strangely enough my Master's Thesis was the beginnings of the iPrint Client that I developed for many years. I am eager to hear from customers and learn more about the challenges that we all face when it comes to putting the ink on the paper.
