Want a Novell Support Advisor T-shirt?
If you're at BrainShare this week, you probably know that there are a lot of giveaways, some of which require a bit more work than others. At the Novell Support Advisor table, we are giving away some great luggage tags to anyone who stops by and watches our demo. We also have some fantastic t-shirts - long-sleeved, pale gray, and pretty discrete too. How do you get one? Well, stop by the table, watch the demo and fill out a postcard with your idea for a problem the Novell Support Advisor needs to solve.

Everyone who has seen our demo has been blown away by the new functionality we've got planned for the 2.0 release. It's coming soon - we're in beta and testing. And we're also trying to incorporate as many ideas and as much feedback as possible from BrainShare before we release by the end of April.
