GWAVA announced today that Colleen O’Keefe, senior vice president and general manager – Collaboration Solutions and Global Services of Novell, will deliver the keynote address at GWAVACon 2011. GWAVACon is the premier independent Novell technology conference hosted by GWAVA, Inc., a solutions provider for its popular GroupWise product. It will be held January 23-25, 2011 in Torrance, California and features a wide variety of face-to-face training sessions featuring Novell solutions, including ZENworks, GroupWise, and Teaming. It also provides a forum for third-party solutions such as Reload for backup and disaster recovery, Retain for archiving and GWAVA for anti-virus, anti-spam offered by GWAVA.
Colleen O'Keefe has over 30 years of operational, customer and professional services expertise. She is responsible for product strategy, management and development of collaboration solutions that span team and personal productivity and collaboration data management. In addition, she leads the Global Services Team which includes onsite and remote support services, technical training, and professional services to Novell’s customers.
