Sacramento Novell Users Group Meeting - May 13, 2008
Tuesday, May 13th beginning at 6:30 PM, the Sacramento
Novell Users Group will be meeting at New Horizons.
As you recall, last month we installed XP, VMware, the
Netware image and were about to install SUSE. I did the
SUSE installation at home to save time. So Tuesday, we
are going to roll up our sleeves and dig right into
managing the servers.
We will start with managing OES Linux Server. There is
a lot to do in order to prep the Linux Server for a
successful migration, so we will have our hands full.
If there is time, we'll move into managing the OES Novell
Server.
Next month we will continue where we left off and should
be able to get to the actual migration.
Since all this head work causes an empty feeling in our
bellies, Jack is going to fortify us with Lasagna, Salad
and French Bread. Remember, dinner starts at 6:30 PM.
The Sacramento Novell Users Group meets at New Horizons,
the second Tuesday of each month, beginning at 6:30 PM.
