You can do this really easily in Chrome too

Right click the address bar, go to Edit search engines. On the search engine page scroll down to the option to add your own, I called mine Novell TID Finder. Then for the shortcut I named it "TID" and for the URL use http://www.novell.com/support/kb/doc.php?id=%s

This will allow you to search for a TID by simply typing TID ######## in the URL bar and it will instantly bring you to the correct TID. Heck it might even let you highlight TID XYZ123 and search it with Google to go to the result instantly, but I haven't tested that yet (it just occurred to me).
