Budget issues keeping you from getting the training you need? Novell On-demand training is the answer. On-demand training courses from Novell are a cost-effective and convenient way to get the training you need, whenever and wherever you want it. With a web browser and Flash player, you can consume technical product training from Novell on all Novell products.

The On-demand training provides training at the introductory level, administrator level, and engineer level on Novell's flagship products. The introductory training, called First Look, provides basic installation and configuration information about each Novell product. The features and benefits are also reviewed in the First Look training. The administrator and engineer level training offers more in-depth instruction on managing the product and deploying it in your enterprise.

On-demand training allows you to bookmark the training so you can return to the content where you stopped and complete the training on your own time and at your own pace. On-demand training includes audio lectures by subject matter experts and demonstrations with audio explanations to help you see how to use the product. There are also quizzes for you to check your understanding of the product and its use.

Each subscription entitles a single user access to On-demand training courses for a 12-month period from the date of purchase. You can purchase the entire On-demand Training Library for $1795. Or, purchase a Focus Area Library of On-demand Training. The three focus area libraries are as follows:

End User Computing - Contains training on GroupWise, Open Enterprise Server, SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop, ZENworks 10 Configuration Management, and Teaming + Conferencing

Data Center - Contains training on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server, SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop, Virtualization, PlateSpin, and High Availability Clustering

Identity and Security Management - Contains training on Identity Manager, Roles Based Provisioning, Access Manager, Sentinel, Secure Login, eDirectory, and Storage Manager

There is an additional End User Client Library which contains training for end users.

End User Client - Contains training on GroupWise 8 and Teaming + Conferencing

Throughout the year, additional On-demand training courses will be added to the On-demand Training Libraries, so the library you purchase expands throughout the course of your purchase at no additional cost. Standard Novell program discounts apply.
