Disclaimer: As with everything else at Cool Solutions, this content is definitely not supported by Novell (so don't even think of calling Support if you try something and it blows up).

It was contributed by a community member and is published "as is." It seems to have worked for at least one person, and might work for you. But please be sure to test, test, test before you do anything drastic with it.

a caveat for ConsoleOne should be listed

Submitted by jmarton on 15 January 2010 - 6:50am.

Only the version of ConsoleOne shipped with GroupWise 8 Service Pack 1 (or higher) is supported on Windows 7 (and Vista). The standard 1.3.6h download is *not* supported on Windows 7 (or Vista).

ConsoleOne

It is my understanding that only the ConsoleOne version included with Groupwise 8 SP1 and which isn't available as standalone download is supported with Windows 7, but that version of Groupwise is only supported to manage Groupwise but not for any other functionality or plugin.

Windows 7 and SLES (Samba access)?

Submitted by ecyoung on 15 January 2010 - 10:15am.

What about SLES? I would think it should be on the list, because Windows 7 should be able access SLES via Samba. Then again, maybe that isn't working yet.
