Software Donation Program

Gifts In Kind International handles donations of Novell software to non-profit organizations. Please be advised that Gifts In Kind International charges administrative fees to cover distribution costs.

To apply for a donation, visit the Gifts In Kind International Web site at www.giftsinkind.org, click on "Resource Center", and then click on "Down Load Center". You can then download the Novell Product Donation Application.

When completing your application for a donation request, please use the product part numbers found on the Volume License Agreement (VLA) List*.

* Please note that products listed under Education Promotions, the Novell Promotion for Non-Profit Organizations, and all other promotions are NOT available for donation.

K-12 educational institutions do not qualify for software donations. Special purchasing and licensing options are available through Novell's Academic Sales Programs to qualified academic organizations.

Note: Software licenses obtained through Novell's Software Donation program are limited in use to qualifying 501(c)(3) charitable organizations. Donated software licenses may not be sold, and may not be transferred without the prior written approval of Novell. Terms and Conditions associated with the product apply.
