Summary

NsureTM Identity Manager Driver 1.5 for Schools Interoperability Framework (SIF) is a component of the Nsure Identity Manager Integration Module for Education. This driver offers schools a way to easily extend resources to students, staff and faculty. (SIF is a specification that enables seamless data sharing between applications for kindergarten through grade 12 [K--12] schools.)

Nsure Identity Manager Driver for SIF enables you to integrate information about students, faculty and staff in SIF-enabled applications with information in Novell? eDirectory? and other Novell applications. For example, when you create, modify, or delete a student account in a Student Information System (SIS), this driver seamlessly and automatically updates eDirectory.

By helping to eliminate redundant data entry across multiple applications, Nsure Identity Manager Driver for SIF reduces network management and support costs. Furthermore, because Nsure Identity Manager Driver for SIF provides students, faculty and staff with access to real-time information, this driver offers across-the-board improvements in user efficiency and productivity.
