Solution
Click here to download wp_tray-0.4.6-1.suse.i386.rpm.Then double click on the rpm to install it through red carpet.
Once installed, open the Run Program screen by pressing ALT F2. Then put in the command wp_tray and click Run.
You should then receive the Wallpaper Tray Configuration dialog box. You can add a directory where the wallpaper images are held. Click Apply.
Once you have this process start automatically each time that you login by going into System -> Personal Settings -> Sessions on Novell Linux Desktop 9 or by going to Desktop -> GNOME Control Center on SUSE Linux Professional 9.3.
Once there, click on Sessions and choose the Startup Programs tab. Click the add button and put in the command name wp_tray.
