This project was coded in Perl. Aaron recently did 5 million successful create events with the Test-User Generator ... not bad! It's not every day you see a valid nds.04 file. :-)

The command ./user.pl -help or ./user.pl /? will bring up help screens. Also, the first few dozen lines are all comments about the app that may be useful. This script runs on anything that supports Perl, including NetWare, Windows, Linux, UNIX ...
