Riva CRM Integration for GroupWise — SugarCRM Closed Beta Now Available

At the GroupWiseR EMEA 2007 Summit, Omni announced the availability of closed beta testing for Riva SugarCRM Integration for GroupWise. Riva SugarCRM integration for GroupWise provides transparent server-side email, appointment, task, note and contact synchronisation between GroupWise and SugarCRM.

Riva's CRM and Third-Party Application Integration Strategy for GroupWise delivers integration between GroupWise and leading third-party line-of-business applications, CRM and ERP solutions. This allows content from virtually any third-party database, CRM, ERP, business process, HR or student management system to be synchronised bi-directionally with GroupWise. Do you have a PeopleSoft HR scheduling system that you would like to be the source of content for user calendars? How about having GroupWise Dynamic Distribution Lists based on an HR database query? These are examples of a few of the integration options available with Riva.

To apply to become a Riva SugarCRM Integration closed beta tester, select the Beta Request option on our Contact Us page and provide the following information:
- version of GroupWise and SugarCRM
- OS platforms for GroupWise and SugarCRM
- number of GroupWise users
- number of SugarCRM users
- company details
- contact details
