Here are two Imaging patches you may find useful. These patches have not been tested thoroughly by us, but have been tested in some of customers' environments. There are readme files with each of them containing information about the issues they solve, and how to apply the patches.
They were created in response to issues posted in the Support Forums. If you read the Imaging forum, these are the patches that Nitu Choudhary has been talking about.

Updates the Imaging client floppies, and CDs. - img_serverabendpatch.zip
Fixes the server abend issues posted by customers in the forum.
