Cool Solutions has gathered a lot of eDirectory tools over the past few years. Many are free, some are shareware, and some are eval copies of commercial products. Each week we feature a new set of tools from the Novell eDirectory Cool Tools grab bag.

Password

Multi Password Changer - Change passwords for multiple users in one container.

Notes: 1) Unzip into a directory and edit the users.csv. 2) Run mpc.exe and select the container in which the users reside. 3) Select the users.csv via the button. 4) Choose import file. 5) Click Change.

Changepass 2.72a - Change passwords in specified containers defined by the Administrator.

Notes: The purpose of this tool is to give some people rights to change passwords, reset grace logins and see some other information, without using ConsoleOne, NWAdmin or a Web-based solution.
