Novell BorderManager 3.8 provides a Virtual Private Networking or VPN service that can allow remote computers, connecting over the Internet, to appear to be on the company network. VPN systems use authentication and encryption to allow secure communications to take place over the Internet.
The VPN Cookbook PDF document explains the steps to configure the Novell BorderManager 3.8 VPN Server as a master or a slave. It also depicts how you can configure the master with one or many slaves in Site-to-Site operations. Before you begin, ensure that you have configured iManager and the completed the basic Novell BorderManager VPN Server configuration.
