What in the world is
a Cheat Sheet?
Cheat
sheets are handy, two-page quick-reference guides to cool
GroupWise features. Use the cheat sheets to impress your friends
(or, more importantly, your boss). They include tips, undocumented
stuff, and helpful hints. We’ve PDF’d them for your
convenience. Cheat sheets are formatted for easy binding and
double-sided printing. Collect them all. Of course, we’re not
done; we’ll keep producing cheat sheets so long as we have,
well, the inclination. Enjoy. You can find instructions for
downloading Cheat Sheets and for getting the Acrobat viewer at the bottom
of this page.

Download
To
download a cheet sheet, just click the title you want. If you
already have Acrobat 3.0 installed (and we do mean 3.0), the cheat
sheet will appear in your browser window. You can print it from
there, or click File, Save to save it to your hard drive. And for
Pete’s sake, remember where you save it.
If you don’t
have Acrobat 3.0 installed, click the title you want anyway. Your
browser should give you some excellent instructions on how to go
get Acrobat 3.0 from Adobe’s website. To view a cheat sheet
after it’s safely stashed on your hard drive, just
double-click the filename (if you have the viewer installed, of
course).
PDF
Just
what is PDF, and why would you want your documents in it? PDF
stands for Portable Document Format. And it means that once you
download the free Adobe Acrobat viewer, you can not only
print all our articles quickly and easily, but also view them as
they were meant to be seen, fonts, graphics, and all. To download
the free
Acrobat viewer, click here,
then follow Adobe’s fine instructions to set it up. Once you
have the viewer, download any of our PDF stuff, then e-mail it to
your web-impaired friends, distribute it leaflet style in shopping
malls, or whatever. It’s our gift to you.
