[ Creating a Personal Group]
Find out how to save time and effort when you send messages to large (or even small) groups of people. You don’t have to type each person’s name in a long list every time you want to send the same group of people a message. Just create a group. Then, when you send a message, you just type the name of the group in the To box, and you’re on your way. You can create groups as large or small as you need. This demo shows you how.

[ Address Book Tour]
The GroupWise Address Book has a new look. This demo shows you all the neat new stuff, like multiple personal address books, a Frequent Contacts book that is generated automatically, and improved sorting of users. Things are easier to find and use than ever. Check it out.

[ Scheduling Appointments Demo]
GroupWise is much more than just e-mail. One of the handiest things about GroupWise is Scheduling. Have you ever tried to schedule a meeting with 10 people that work on different floors? Well, try it when they work in different buildings, or even different countries. GroupWise makes it easy. This demo not only shows you how to schedule a meeting, but also shows you how to schedule the conference room you use, equipment you need, and even the chairs and tables you sit on. You can use Busy Search to find out when everyone is free, and make sure they’re telling you the truth when they say they’re not.

[ Using Document Management to Check Out Documents]
Document management in groupware software is a must. If you don’t have it now, you’ll need it sooner, rather than later. Find out how to check out documents from GroupWise Library. Use Check Out when you want to take a document out of circulation for a while, and you don’t want anyone else messing with it. When you check out a document, GroupWise locks it in the library and other users can't touch it; they can only see it. The checked-out document stays locked in the library until you decide to check it back in.

[ Using Document Management to Check In Documents]
GroupWise has sophisticated, powerful doc management capabilities you’ll want to know about. If you need to take a document on the road, or even just home overnight, you don't want someone else at the office making changes to the document in the Library. This demo shows you how people can lock  important documents on the network and check them back in when they’re done with them. Of course, if you open a document directly from the network, only you can make changes while you have it open. With GroupWise Library, you’ll be able to track the electronic trail of documents like never before.

[ Organizing Information in GroupWise Folders]
If you like your stuff how you like it, you’ll like the way GroupWise lets you organize your Mailbox. This demo shows you how to customize the display of any folder in your Cabinet. You can view all messages about a particular project, both incoming and outgoing. You can sort by date received or sent, by size, or by discussion thread. Think of it as your closet. Put your stuff where you want it. It’ll be there when you get back.

[ Creating New Documents in GroupWise]
GroupWise is a safe, comfortable place to be. You don’t even have to go out to the Windows desktop to create documents. You can do that right from your GroupWise Mailbox. This demo shows you how to create brand new documents without ever leaving the comfort of your Mailbox. You can create a new blank document, or base the new document on a template. With GroupWise, it’s always your call.

[ Using Multiple Versions of Documents in GroupWise]
Sometimes you need to go your own way. With GroupWise, you can go any time you want. If you need to create a new version of a document in GroupWise Library without overwriting the old document, you just select the document you need, and tell GroupWise to create a new version. It’s that easy. This demo takes you through, step by step.

[ Using Discussion Groups in GroupWise]
Waiting for responses from the ten people you sent the latest report to can be a hassle. GroupWise has a better way: put the latest report in a shared folder, and sit back and watch while people start commenting. You can participate in the discussion yourself, and even invite (or incite) others to join in. This demo first shows you how to share a folder with any users you want, then tells you how to use the folder for discussion groups. You choose the security for the folder, and you choose who you want to share it with.

[ Using Proxy to Access Another Mailbox]
If you’re one of those people lucky enough to have someone to handle your e-mail for you, GroupWise has made it even easier. You simply grant someone proxy rights to your Mailbox, and voila! They can handle everything you want them to. This demo shows you how to grant rights, add a user to your Proxy list, and even perform functions as if you were someone else. Of course, with GroupWise, you decide which rights to grant, and to whom they get granted.

[ Retracting Messages]
Have you ever sent a personal message to a friend, and suddenly, after you click the Send button, realized that you just sent it to your boss instead? Well, with GroupWise you can get it back. This demo shows you how to retract any message that hasn’t already been opened by the recipient. While you can’t always retract everything, GroupWise will do its best to allow you at least a couple of do-overs.

[ Sharing Information With GroupWise Shared Folders]
While e-mail has come a long way, GroupWise has already taken it to the next level. You don’t need to just post messages back and forth, you can put them somewhere for everyone to see. GroupWise lets you create a place for discussions, documents, tasks—anything that needs to be shared. This demo shows you how to first share a folder with any users you want, then tells you how to use the folder for discussion groups, document areas, or just as a bulletin board. You choose the security for the folder, and you choose who you want to share it with. With GroupWise, you’re in charge.

[ What’s New in GroupWise 5]
GroupWise has undergone a face lift. Check out this demo to find out what we’ve done. GroupWise has Find Results folders, Document Management, Shared Folders, a QuickViewer, and more. GroupWise has always been more than just e-mail. But now, it’s Calendaring, Scheduling, Task Management, Collaboration, and Communication. It is the total solution for your organizational needs. Take a look.

[ GroupWise and InForms ]
Capture the information explosion; find it using GroupWise, then gather, store, and retrieve it using InForms. This demo shows you how GroupWise and InForms work together to manage all your information. Requires ScreenCam97 to run.
