In the WebAccess template, you can set up appointments, tasks, or notes that are repeated on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.

To create a recurring appointment, task or note, follow the steps below:

  1. Create the appointment, task, or note: (from the WebAccess main window, click on the Compose icon to display a mail message then click appointment, task or note. Or from the HTML Calendar, create > click appointment, task or note).

  2. Click Address Book to add recipients in the Required, Optional, and Not Attending boxes. If you want to create a personal appointment, task or note that only displays in your Calendar, do not add additional names.

  3. Specify the start and end month, day, year, and time.

  4. Type a subject and message.

  5. At the bottom of the window, click the desired recurrence frequency (Day, Week, Month, or Year).

  6. Specify the recurrence settings.

Day: Under the Daily heading, enter the number of days until the next recurrence of the item (for example, every 3 days).

Week: Under the Weekly heading, enter the number of weeks until the next recurrence of the item (for example, every 2 weeks), and then place a mark in the checkbox next to the day of the week you want the item to recur (for example, Tuesday).

Month: Under the Monthly heading, select the day of the month on which the item should recur, and then enter the number of months until the next recurrence of the item (for example, day 5 of every 3 months). Alternately, you can select the week and the day of the month on which the item should recur, and then enter the number of months until the next recurrence of the item (for example, the second Monday of the month, every 3 months).

Year: Under the Yearly heading, select the month and the day of the year when the item should recur (for example, every July 15). Alternately, you can select the week of the month, the day of the month, and the month on which the item should recur (for example, the first Monday of April).

  7. Specify when the item should stop recurring (no end date, end after (number) of occurrences, or end by (month), (day), (year), (hour)).

  8. Click Save.
