Specify the end date. Double-click the months box so all months are highlighted. Then in the Days of the Week box, click 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th/Last for each of Tuesday and Thursday. This beats clicking every Tuesday and Thursday in the Dates tab! (Version: 5.x)
