Boris, you can manually use Busy Search to search for free times. You can then pick an available time slot and schedule an appointment. To automate these steps further isn’t currently possible without a C3PO. If this functionality is crucial to your client, consider hiring a consultant to write a C3PO for you. Check out our Links page for some consultants. We’re not sure what you mean by linking tasks to other people. It is definitely possible to delegate tasks. (Version: 5.x)
