This doesn't occur on just one computer, this is a feature of all of them. Please advise me one way or another how to advise the users regarding this challenge.

Collien, there are some limitations to how the monthly calendar will print. One way around it is to print weekly calendars, as explained in this Q&A in the Vault. Also, there are some free downloadable add-ons (C3POs) that provide enhanced calendar printing. The Month View C3PO.
