Opening GW Displaying Mailbox and Calendar

We used the Startup group in GroupWise 4.1 to do this but I can't seem to find a similar function in 5.2. We never realized how much we relied on that automatic memory jogger in the morning. By the way, we do know about notify and alarms but that doesn't do any good if you aren't right in front of your computer when the alarm goes off (and this is the user support group so we're always running around). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Jan. You first need to check out our tip on creating a shortcut to your preferred calendar view. To make this shortcut even handier, copy it into your Startup folder. That way, you'll once again have your trusty memory jogger first thing every morning. The only difference between this method and the one you used in 4.1 is that now your GroupWise Mailbox will open minimized, while your Calendar is the top dog. Whenever you need to check your messages, just click your Mailbox on the Windows taskbar. (Version: 5.x)
