Jeana from Ft. Wayne, Indiana, USA wrote: In GW4, I used the Project Planner, with specific folders to put notes about staff vacations. I would then highlight that folder and calendar print (month format) just the notes—now I have a team in/out office schedule printed. I'm thinking I could use the multi-user print, but not all team members are consistent on their calendar updates. Are there some hints on printing this that I'm missing somewhere? Are there any C3POs that are looking at this?

Hi Jeana. One sure-fire way to get people to start updating their calendars consistently is to threaten to schedule them for a meeting during a time that you know they’ll be on vacation. It’s amazing how quickly they’ll scurry back to GroupWise to reserve their skiing/sailing/fishing/whatever vacation time with a personal appointment. It sounds as though team members sent you notes or informed you of their out time verbally and then you created notes about when they would be gone to put in your folder. Now, try having each user schedule a personal appointment for the entire time he or she will be gone instead of informing you with a note. Or, if they tell you verbally, you could spoil them by scheduling the appointment for them. Once everyone’s Calendar is updated, you can use the Multi-User Calendar type to print a schedule.
