OK, now for the question: I saw a sample on your Cool Solutions pages about viewing multiple users calendars. I saw it in the Welcome to GroupWise 5.1 article. How did you do that? Did you have proxy rights to each user? Does that mean I have to set up proxy rights on each users Mailbox for every other user on the GW system?

Hi Theo. Youre such a flatterer. We love it! The sample you saw was actually a print-out of the Print Calendar Multi-User calendar type, rather than a calendar view. You dont have to set up proxy rights for all the users on your systemanyone who wants to create a printout of multiple users has to negotiate with those other users for proxy rights. In other words, each user chooses who gets proxy rights to his or her Mailbox and schedule and then grants the rights himself or herself without involving the system administrator at all. Check the Vault to find out how to assign proxy rights and check our answer to Gianmaria to find out how to print a schedule for multiple users like the one you saw in the article. If your heart is set on viewing multiple schedules online, the answer to Gianmaria covers that too.
