Hi Joe, thanks for surfing our way. You want to print everything for a year on one pageYOWIE! No fancy Franklin graphic page layouts for you. It looks like you have two possibilities, Joe. First, you could use the Print Item C3PO (if you are using the 32-bit client). This C3PO will let you print from the Find Results window. Or, you could use the Print Calendar Text-Only Calendar Type, which makes the most compact list.
1. Click File, Print Calendar.
2. In the Calendar Type box, select Text Only.
3. Click a Weekly List Page Layout.
4. Specify the starting date.
5. In the Number of Weeks box, specify 52 (52 weeks in a year).
6. Click the Calendar Options tab, then make sure that all of the Contents options you want included are selected.
7. Select Print to File, then click Print.
8. Specify the file name and location, then click Save.
9. Retrieve the file in your word processor, search and replace the page breaks and extra hard returns, delete any appointments that dont fit your selection criteria, then print the list with your word processor.
