Kris, Elkhart, Indiana, USA, wrote: Dan S. asked the question if a calendar could be printed using the tasks and appointments from the GroupWise database. We are in need of the same thing. At this point, a secretary is hand-entering all the information onto a page— not very efficient. The other solution is to print out individual calendars which for one week would be 15 sheets of paper for 15 employees. Can an interface be customized using the developer tools? Do you know of a third-party solution to do this task? Where to go from here? Help?

Hi, Kris. This is your lucky day. You get to be a hero without even bothering with developer tools. We’re assuming that you haven’t upgraded to 5.1, or you would know about the Multi-User Calendar Type in Print Calendar. It lets you print the tasks and appointments of multiple users side-by-side on one page. Upgrade now and rescue that overworked secretary.
