Wendy, our Calendar Printing expert has the following to say:"Yes. You are exactly correct. The reason you need to upgrade to GW 5.5.x is because the GW 5.2.x "tools|options|date and time" dialog does not contain a control for setting the "end" hour for appointments -- just a start hour.By the way, here are a few helpful upgrade hints. GW 5.5.2 contains the Printing Pack 1 by default. However, if you install either 5.5.0 or 5.5.1, then you will need to install PP1 on top of those client installations. Also, the English version of Printing Pack 2 was released in May 1999. It contains all of the functionality of PP1 plus several new features.
