The conference room can be created as a resource. Resources are items that can be scheduled for meetings or other uses.
Your GroupWise system administrator will need to create the resource and assign it to you as the owner. Resources can be included in a busy search, just as users can. As the owner, you can accept and decline appointments for the resource or you can create a rule to automatically accept or decline appointments for the resource.
